- All sites are fully serviced with Power, Reverse Osmosis Treated Water, Sewer, and WIFI.
- Seasons start and end dates are dependent upon weather conditions and subject to change.
- No extra charge for power for short-term stays of 7 nights or less.
- Stays of 8 nights or more offer the best value with the ability to monitor and conserve power if desired.
- Power price annual average is .23 cents per kWh, monthly fluctuations range from .20 and .28 cents per kWh (we do not markup power—you pay what we pay).
- Power consumption varies from person to person and depends on factors such as size and type of trailer, skirting, windows, insulation, propane usage, etc.
- Winter daily consumption could range between 60kWh ($15 per day) and 20kWh ($5 per day). Space heaters tend to use the most power.
- Summer daily consumption could range between 35kWh ($9/day) and 10kWh ($3 per day). Air conditioners tend to use the most power.
